Emergence of Room-Temperature Magnetic Ordering in Artificially Fabricated Ordered-Double-Perovskite Sr2FeRuO6. -An ordered double perovskite Sr2FeRuO6 thin film is fabricated by alternate stacking of unit-cell-thick layers of SrRuO3 and SrFeO3 (β‰₯55 periods) on atomically flat Ti 4+ -terminated SrTiO3 substrates using pulsed laser deposition. Whereas each of the SrRuO3 and SrFeO3 layers show magnetic orderings far below room temperature, the prepared Sr 2 FeRuO 6 thin film exhibits a much enhanced magnetic transition temperature of up to 390 K. -(CHANG,
