โœฆ Synopsis

Electrical Conductivity in Transparent ZnGa 2 O 4 : Reduction and Surface-Layer Structure Transformation. -The optically transparent and electrically conductive surface layer of single-crystal ZnGa 2 O 4 is generated via hydrogen annealing. Although various annealing conditions (873-1073 K, 10-100 h) are used, the thickness of the conductive layers still remains ยก 50 ยตm. A structure change of the annealed surface layers, from the cubic spinel Fd3m space group to the rhombohedral Rr3rm space group, is obtained. -(YAN,
