✦ Synopsis

Determination of Oxygen Nonstoichiometry and Diffusivity in Mixed

Conducting Oxides by Oxygen Coulometric Titration.

Part 1. Chemical Diffusion in La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ.

-Title measurements are performed in the temp. range 700 -1000 • C. The chemical diffusion coefficient of La0.8Sr0.2CoO3-δ, D ( cm2/s) = 5.91 x exp ((-135 kJ/mol)/RT), determined from analysis of the transient current response to potentiostatic steps as a function of temp. and p(O2), is practically independent of p(O2) in the range 10-2 to 0.209 bar. -(LANKHORST, M.
