β¦ Synopsis
Design, Synthesis and Pharmacological Test of a Quinoline Based, Nonpeptidic Analogue of Neurotensin(8-13).
-The analogue (VI) of neurotensin(8-13) is synthesized using a multiple template approach to non-peptidic mimetics of neuropeptides. Analogue ( VI) is found to be less active in binding to the neurotensin receptors than previously reported mimetics which are partial analogues of neurotensin (8-13). The present study reveals a mistake in the synthesis of these mimetics. -(HONG, F.;
