✦ Synopsis
1999 structure structure (solids and liquids) D 2000 24 -004 Crystal Structures of Octacyanomolybdates(IV). Part 5. Square Antiprismatic [Mo(CN) 8 ]-Coordination of the Cyano-Bridged Copper and Cadmium Ammine Complexes Cu 2 (NH 3 ) 8 [Mo(CN) 8 ] and Cd 2 (NH 3 ) 6 [Mo(CN) 8 ]•H 2 O. -The complex (IV) crystallizes in the monoclinic space group Cc with Z = 4, whereas (VI) crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pna2 1 with Z = 4 (single crystal XRD data). Both compounds exhibit square antiprismatic [Mo(CN) 8 ] 4-coordination. The anions are bridged by ammine cations to form either chains [in (IV)] or a three-dimensional framework [in (VI)]. -(MESKE, WILMAR; BABEL,
