Abstract

Densely functionalized tri‐ and tetrasubstituted title compounds such as (V) and (IX) or their enantiomerically pure analogues are prepared following a sequence defined by a new diastereoselective synthesis of (E)‐anti‐homoallylic primary amines, N‐oxidation and stereodivergent nitrone annulation.
