-In order to find more D 3 receptor binding selective compounds different kinds of the title substances such as (X), (XI), and (XVIII) are synthesized. The structure-activity relationships are discussed. The structures of (VII), the (+)-enantiomer of (X), and the (-)-enantiomer of (XVIII) are determined by X-ray analysis.
