Low Temperature Reaction of Chlorine Nitrate with Water Ice. Formation of Molecular Nitric Acid. -Evidence for the formation of molecular HONO 2 is found in the reaction of ClONO 2 with water ice at 140 K under conditions of reduced surface water. This is very different from the behavior of ClONO 2
