Catalytic Ring-Closing Olefin Metathesis of Sulfur-Containing Species: Heteroatom and Other Effects.

-The ring-closure metathesis reaction of a variety of heteroatom-containing diallyl compounds in the presence of molybdenum (or ruthenium) alkylidenes is reported. The yields are strongly influenced by the substitution pattern about the double bonds. -
