An Easy Access to Hydrazinocarbonyl Carbamic Acid Ethyl Esters.

-The reaction of carboisocyanatidic acid ethyl ester (II) with hydrazines (I) and dioxotriazolidine (V) is investigated. Thermal cyclization of (IIIa), (IIIb) and (VI) leads to products (IV) and (VII), resp., which can also be obtained directly.
