A One-Pot Synthesis of Glycosyl Amides from Glycosyl Azides Using a Modified Staudinger Reaction.

-In continuation of an earlier research a very efficient approach to glycopyranosyl amides such as (III) with a high control of anomeric stereoselectivity is presented, which may also be useful for the synthesis of complex neoglycolipids.
