A General Synthesis of Diaryl Cyclic Diamidines.

-A general synthesis of cyclic diamidines (III) is achieved by reaction of the corresponding dinitriles (I) with a reagent derived from the diaminoalkanes (II) saturated with hydrogen sulfide.
