4-Aryl-2-anilinopyrimidines as Corticotropin-Releasing Hormone (CRH) Antagonists.
-A series of title compounds, e.g. (VII), (XI), and (XIV), are prepared by three different routes and tested for the desired biological activity. It is found that 2-phenyl substituted derivatives are the most potent ones, whereas the unsubstituted compound (XIVa) is equipotent to (XIVb). -(COCUZZA,
