## Abstract Based on the inhibition effect of rutin on the luminol–hydrogen peroxide chemiluminescence (CL) system catalyzed by tetrasulfonated colbalt phthalocyanine (CoTSPc), a sensitive flow‐injection CL method has been developed for the determination of rutin. The CL reaction mechanism was care
