✦ Synopsis
Rcceivcd I? April 1983 The vibrational multiphoton escitstion of ethanol in the presence of oxygen results in chemihaminescent reactions yielding Of* and C;. The rise times of the chen~~u~~inescence become progressively slower and the intensity increases with ad-02 pressure. At 15 Torr of 02 the emission duration is longer than 10 ps.
