✦ Synopsis

The chemical ionization mass spectra of monoene and saturated valepotriates have been investigated. Triethylamine, diethylamine, methylamine and ammonia were used as reactant gases. The application of this technique for investigation of reaction mixtures and tissue cultures is demonstrated.
