The author's qualifications and affiliation are not mentioned, and with the exception of the prewar ORM 65 Russian engine, only German, American, French and British examples of rocket technology are used to illustrate the text. One wonders what inference the Russian student is expected to draw from this, and from the% fact that of the fifteen suggestions for further reading only four are of Russian origin.
