Abstract
The monoclonal antibodies, antiβT1 and antiβT3, both react with all human peripheral thymusβderived lymphocytes and with 10% of thymocytes; each, however, recognizes different cell surface structures. It was determined that the target antigen of antiβT1 is a 69000 molecular weight cell surface glycoprotein and that the T3 antigen is a 19000 mol. wt. glycoprotein.
