β¦ Synopsis
Abstract
The characterization of a monolithic spiral inductor (MSI) by using a multilayer neural network approach is presented in this Letter. The inductance, physical, and geometrical parameters are extracted in order to perform a full characterization of MSI. A threeβlayer neural network was used for accurate representation. The results obtained by using neural networks are compared with measured S parameters of typical MSI. Β© 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
