## Abstract This study reports a new approach for developing a uranium electrochemical sensor that is mercury‐free, solid‐state, and has less chance for ligand depletion than existing sensors. A carbon‐paste electrode modified with carbamoylphosphonic acid self‐assembled monolayer on mesoporous sil
