โฆ Synopsis
Abstract
The bulk organic single crystal of phthalic anhydride (PA) was grown by vertical Bridgman technique. The structural perfection of the grown crystal was analysed by high resolution Xโray diffraction (Multicrystal Xโray diffractometry) studies. The thermal and mechanical properties have been studied. The second harmonic generation relative efficiency of Phthalic anhydride crystal is compared with KDP crystal. (ยฉ 2007 WILEYโVCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)

## Abstract Acoustoโoptical materials play an important role in acoustoโoptic devices as acoustoโoptic modulators. Lead(II) chloride is an acoustoโoptical material, having high figure of merit approximately ten times greater than that of lead molybdate, which is an efficient acoustoโoptical materia
