## Abstract The phosphatidylethanolamine binding proteins (PEBPs) family is evolutionarily conserved and involved in different physiological phenomena. PEBPs were found in many species from bacteria to mammals. Despite numerous studies, PEBPs' biological function and mode of action remain elusive.
