## Structural Perfection of ZnSe Crystals Grown by Travelling Heater Met hod ZnSe crystals have been grown by the travelling heater method (THM) with PbC12 as solvent. Our investigations have shown that ZnSe crystals could be obtained with high crystalline perfection referred to a full width at th
