Abstract
Orthorhombic hen eggβwhite (HEW) lysozyme crystals were examined by means of synchrotron Xβray topography by the white beam technique. Four kinds of straight dislocations were clearly observed. From the extinction criterion of the dislocation images, Burgers vectors were identified to be [001], [$ \bar 1 $10] and [0$ \bar 1 $1]. (Β© 2007 WILEYβVCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA, Weinheim)
