## Abstract Using conditioned media (CM) from phytohemagglutinin (PHA)โstimulated peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) we observed longโterm selective growth of Tโcells from normal human donors. This Tโcell growth was continuously dependent on addition of a factor called Tโcell growth factor (TCGF).
