Bleached bamboo pulp as well as two oxypulps were subjected to accelerated aging by heating as well as steaming, and the yellowing or color reversion was studied. The yellowing is increased by the presence of free carboxyl and the reducing groups in oxycelluloses. The aging treatments were found to
