Compounds of amorphous hydrogenated nonstoichiometric germanium carbide were obtained from the radiolysis of GeH 4 /C 2 H 4 mixtures containing 3-30% ethylene. The composition of the materials varied depending on the ethylene percentage in the irradiated mixture. The bonding and the
