✦ Synopsis

The conductivity of electrons localized in a quasi-one-dimensional channel over super uid helium in the presence of a magnetic ÿeld normal to the surface is studied by means of the memory function formalism. The electron mobility along the channel is shown to be a nonmonotonic function of temperature a ected strongly by the magnetic ÿeld.
