## Abstract **Objective:** To evaluate the diagnostic accuracy of cytology in detecting residual disease in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) III post‐large loop excision of the transformation zone (LLETZ). **Methods:** This prospective study was performed between February 199
