Although cervical ectopic pregnancy is a rare occurrence in the United States,' the diagnosis has been made by ultrasound and reported in the lite r a t ~r e . ~-~

These have been limited to first trimester or early second trimester pregnancies. This report describes a cervical pregnancy that advanced to 28 weeks, and presents ultrasonic views at that gestation.
