✦ Synopsis

A case of eetopic germinoma in the eerebellopontine angle with peripheral facial palsy and complete hearing loss on the left side is presented. The diagnosis was confirmed histopathologically. The unusual location of the tumor is stressed, and current management recommendations are reviewed.
