The present paper examines the influence of various reaction parameters (e.g., pH, type, and concentration of peroxide, reaction time, oxygen as well as reaction medium) on the graft copolymerization of methacrylic acid, butyl methacrylate, epoxypropyl acrylate, and epoxypropyl methacrylate onto che
## Abstract Acrylamide was grafted to an xanthate mixture of carboxymethylcellulose with a sodium bisulfate/ammonium persulfate redox initiator system in water, sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, and dioxane at 40, 50, 60, 70, and 80Β°C during a reaction period of 2 h. The grafted polymer and ho
## Abstract The grafting of acrylic acid onto electron beamβirradiated polypropylene was carried out using preirradiation method. The stability of peroxy radicals was investigated by electron spin resonance. It was found that the decay of peroxy radicals is much faster at 70Β°C than at 40Β°C and ambi
