For three figures (Figs. 8, 12, and 14, on pp. 771, 778, and 781, respectively), the proximal part of the SNb nerve was drawn on thle internal side of muscle fibers 15-17. It actually runs on the external side of these fibers. The authors apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused the readers.
Also, the cover illustration for the June 1993 issue was inadvertantly printed upside down.
