✦ Synopsis

Two cases ofintradural cavernous angioma of the cauda equina are reported, one of which presented with symptoms of subarachnoid hemorrhage. The clinical and therapeutic aspects of intradural angiomas, in particular those of the cauda equina, are discussed.
