โœฆ Synopsis

Coatings formulated from castor oil glycidyl ether (COGE), epoxy resin UVR 6100, and photoinitiator UVI 6990 produced smooth coatings with excellent gloss and good flexibility, adhesion, gloss retention, and water resistance. Formulations containing up to 50% COGE afforded promising coating performance attributes.

## Abstract Hybrid nanocomposite coating films, prepared by the incorporation of epoxidized sunflower oil into organoclay, can be cured by ultraviolet radiation with either cationic or hybrid initiation. The organoclay used in this study was prepared by a cationic exchange process in which sodium i

## Abstract Several coatings have been developed to reduce volatile organic component emissions, such as waterโ€borne coatings, highโ€solid coatings, powder coatings, and radiationโ€curable coatings. Ultravioletโ€curable coatings are one such boon to paint industries, not only reducing volatile organic
