## Abstract Urinary bladders of the euryhaline teleost __Gillichthys mirabilis__ were maintained in organ culture under defined conditions for four days. Examination of bladders cultured in medium containing cortisol or prolactin or both hormones indicates that cortisol increases bladder water perm
