One of the primary scientific aims within the solid oxide fuel cell (SPOFC) community is to lower the operating temperature of an SOFC system from about 800-1,000 ยฐC to intermediate temperatures of about 600 ยฐC [1]. The lower operating temperature decreases thermal stress in the materials and offers
