## Abstract Fused as well as alkyl‐disubstituted aziridines undergo ring opening under catalysis of a complex derived from a 1:1:1 mixture of Broensted basic alkoxide La(OiPr)~3~, Lewis acidic triflate Yb(OTf)~3~, and axially chiral Schiff base BBN.
