## Abstract A 17‐year‐old boy with metastatic hepatocellular carcinoma and feminization became asymptomatic after administration of antineoplastic agents. Serum estradiol level, urine estrogens, and tumor estrogen receptors were changed after the treatment. Achievement of partial remission resulted
