Carcinoma of pancreas metastasizing to the tunica vaginalis testis is an uncommon pathologic finding. We report a n unusual case in which a patient presented with jaundice and a left scrotal mass.
CASE REPORT
JJ, a 42-year-old male with long history of alcohol abuse, presented with a three-week history of jaundice associated with dark urine, pale stool, and pruritus. He also complained of right upper quadrant and epigastric pains, dull in character. The patient claimed to have had weight loss of 10 Ib in one month.
