In an incubation experiment the mineralisation of gulmohur (Delonix regia L.) leaves added to soil was studied at increased salt concentrations. CO2 evolution and total carbon mineralisation decreased with increased concentrations of salt mixture (NaC1 + CaCI~) from 0.1 to 5.1 per cent, and the pro
