## Abstract This is a report on a case of carbohydrateโ€deficient glycoprotein syndrome (CDGS) with neurological deficits. Magnetic resonance (MR) images showed remarkable atrophy of the cerebellum and brainstem, and hypointensity was seen in the pallidum on diffusionโ€weighted images (DWI), suggesti
