Iroquois Pipe Line continues to ship gas andplan for a near-term expansion in spite of being besieged by state regulators who suddenly seem to dry up when presented with large amounts of money to be spent on their state.

The question arises: If Iroquois could be hassled muy grande, couldn't TransCanada, threatening the supply for Iroquois? In this connection, in late August I interviewed J. Thomas Brett, partner in the Ottawa firm ofJohnston and Buchan.
