This program will include the most recent developments in experimental and theoretical investigations of gas-phase kinetics and reaction dynamics. The discussions will be organized around the following topics: A. B. Complex Processes C. Photo-dissociation D. Atmospheric Chemistry E. Nucleation and Aerosol Formation F. Ion-molecule Reactions G. Theory of Chemical Kinetics Elementary Reactions in the Gas Phase
Sessions will be introduced by plenary lectures. Shorter communications will be divided into oral and poster sessions.
Speakers who have accepted invitations include D. Clary (Cambridge), A. R. Ravishankara (NOAA), G. C. Schatz (Northwestern), F. Temps (Gottingen), and R. Walsh (Reading). The 1994 Polanyi lecture will be given by M. J. Pilling (Leeds). All scientific sessions will be held in the faculty of science on the University College Dublin Campus.
