Ocean foam is treated as densely packed air bubbles coated with thin walls of seawater. We choose a foam structure of the shapes of air bubbles based on Lord Kelvin's tetrakaidecahedron structure that has close to minimal contact surface area. We calculate the absorption coefficients from 1.5 to 36.
