✦ Synopsis

A mathematical model was developed in order to investigate the possible role of the modified Ca permeability through the muscle membrane in the genesis of myotonic state. It was demonstrated that the existence of such posslbdlties and their corresponding characteristics m terms of various membrane parameters have been defined.
