β¦ Synopsis
This paper describes a project that began as an attempt to modify the World 2 model for use as a regional model. This led to the development of a modeling format which embodies characteristics which make it exceptionally easy for relatively inexperienced modelers to understhd and use. Finally, this format was used to model certain aspects of the State of California to illustrate the application of the method to the development of a regional model.
