✦ Synopsis

In this article we present a realization of a software package for computer-aided design (CAD) of an object and area technical security system. The system provides aid in various phases of design process: from technical security system component choice, security system configuration, and process simulation to project documentation support. A built-in knowledge base supports the design process in the phase of components choice and configuration. The package is tested on several existing objects.
