## Abstract **Scope:** The objective of this study was to elucidate molecular mechanisms behind the antitumor activities of the isothiocyanate sulforaphane (SFN) in colorectal cancer cells. **Methods and results:** Cell growth was determined by BrdU incorporation and crystal violet staining. Prote
