During 1992, environmental laws and regulations will be changing in ways that affect every sector of the natural gas industry. Congress will be acting to reauthorize and amend three major environmental laws, and important new regulations will be adopted to implement some laws only recently enacted, such as the Clean Air Act Amendments, and other laws that have long been on the books, but have not yet been fully implemented. Additionally, there are rulemakings underway at the Environmental Protection Agency @PA) and the FERC.
